- Provide clients with technical support as needed

- Handle License Creation, License and Software (related to Tires, Automobile Restraints) installation.

- Support License Migrations, First level technical support to customers. Be able to handle escalation and coordination process related to secondary technical support.

- Good communication skills both speaking and written.

- Have interest and ability to learn and be able to work with people and be business savvy.

- Contribute to sales presentations/ pre sales / and handle software trials related licensing and software installation.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹276,000.00 per year
