Role Overview iSteer is looking for skilled Apigee Developers to design, develop, and support enterprise API management solutions using the Google Apigee API Management Platform. The role involves designing, securing, publishing, and managing APIs that enable seamless connectivity across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and external systems.

The ideal candidate should have solid Apigee development experience, a solid understanding of API management and integration concepts, and the ability to collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain API management solutions using Google Apigee.
- Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs and API proxies.
- Configure API security policies, traffic management, rate limiting, OAuth, JWT, and API authentication mechanisms.




- Implement API transformations, mediation, routing, and orchestration.
- Integrate enterprise applications, cloud platforms, databases, and third-party systems.
- Perform API testing, debugging, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Analyze API and integration requirements and provide scalable technical solutions.
- Follow API governance, coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
- Support deployment activities, production releases, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare technical documentation for developed API solutions.
- Collaborate with project teams in Agile delivery environments.
