We are looking for a result-oriented Amazon & Flipkart Account Manager & Ads Specialist who can manage marketplace operations independently and drive business growth through effective account management and advertising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Account Management

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
- Monitor account health, sales performance, orders, returns, and inventory.
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, content updates, and listing optimization.
- Handle listing suppression, account issues, and marketplace-related escalations.
- Monitor pricing, promotions, deals, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve operational issues.

2. Advertising & Campaign Management

- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC and Flipkart advertising campaigns.
- Manage Sponsored Products and other available advertising formats.
- Monitor ACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, bid optimization, and search-term analysis.
- Optimize advertising budgets to improve sales while maintaining profitability.
- Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and improve advertising performance.

3. Sales Growth & Performance Analysis

- Develop strategies to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly marketplace performance.




- Track product-level sales, advertising expenditure, and profitability.
- Prepare MIS reports and performance dashboards.
- Identify underperforming products and recommend corrective actions.
- Work towards achieving sales targets and advertising KPIs.

4. Reporting & Coordination

- Prepare regular business performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and brand owners.
- Maintain accurate records of marketplace activities.
- Share actionable insights and recommendations with management and clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Amazon and Flipkart marketplace management.
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC and Flipkart Ads.
- Strong understanding of ACoS, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
- Knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple seller accounts and meet performance targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts.
- Knowledge of FBA, FBF, Easy Ship, and marketplace fulfilment operations.
- Understanding of marketplace settlements, fees, and product-level profitability.
- Experience with advertising reports and business analytics.
- Ability to independently plan and execute marketplace growth strategies.
