Amazon & E-commerce Operations Junior The Heat Studios | Remote | Full time The Heat Studios is looking for a full-time Amazon & E-commerce Operations Associate to support day-to-day marketplace operations across multiple brands.

This is an entry-level role for someone with 0–1 year of experience who wants to build practical expertise in Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations, advertising, listings, reporting and e-commerce execution.

Freshers with relevant internship experience or practical exposure to Amazon/e-commerce may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations
- Create and update product listings
- Assist with catalogue and listing issue resolution
- Monitor sales, inventory, orders, returns and account health
- Track daily sales and Amazon advertising spend
- Support basic Amazon Ads monitoring and optimisation
- Conduct keyword, competitor, pricing and category research
- Raise and follow up on Amazon Seller Support cases
- Support A+ Content and listing optimisation
- Assist with new product and brand launches
- Monitor stock availability and listing status




- Prepare simple daily and weekly performance updates
- Support Shopify, Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms when required

What We’re Looking For• 0–1 year of Amazon/e-commerce experience
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Good research ability
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing
- Comfortable working remotely with daily task ownership
- Willingness to learn Amazon Ads, listings, SEO and marketplace operations
- Ability to work across multiple brands and priorities
- Reliable follow-up and execution

Good to Have• Previous e-commerce internship
- Exposure to Amazon Seller Central
- Basic Amazon Ads/PPC knowledge
- Listing/catalogue experience
- Familiarity with FBA/FBM
- Shopify, Flipkart or Meesho exposure
