Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and design targeted training solutions.

- Coordinate with subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training sessions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 6-11 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.

- Solid understanding of learning and development principles, including adult learning theory, instructional design models, and assessment techniques.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
