We created India's High-Protein Bread category and are now expanding across Snacks, Cookies and Flours. Alongside our packaged foods business, we operate 40+ cloud kitchens under Lo Fresh Foods.

Backed by Rainmatter and Mount Judy Ventures, we have grown over 3x in the past 15 months and are expanding rapidly across Quick Commerce, eCommerce, new products and new cities.

The Prospect

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist who can drive frontline hiring, manage HR operations and create engaging employee experiences across our corporate, factory and cloud kitchen teams.

This role will work closely with the HR Business Partner and Head of HR, offering an opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to the HR function in a fast-growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Chef & Kitchen Hiring

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for chefs, commis, kitchen helpers and kitchen managers.
- Build hiring pipelines through job portals, staffing agencies, culinary institutes and local networks.
- Coordinate interviews, trade tests and kitchen trials with operations teams.
- Ensure timely hiring and adequate manpower across all cloud kitchens.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

- Manage employee documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation, increment, experience and relieving letters.
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records.
- Handle joining, onboarding, exit formalities and full-and-final inputs.
- Maintain HRMS and employee master data.
- Support PF,



ESI enrolments and statutory documentation.

3. Corporate HR Support

- Act as the primary HR point of contact for corporate employees.
- Address day-to-day HR queries and support employee lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate with HR vendors for insurance, events and gifting.
- Manage vendor onboarding, agreements, invoices and performance tracking.

4. Employee Engagement & Events

- Coordinate employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, town halls, offsites, birthdays and work anniversaries.
- Manage event budgets, vendors, venues, gifting and communication.
- Support Rewards & Recognition and other engagement initiatives across teams.

5. HRBP Support

- Support performance review cycles, probation confirmations and the 30-60-90 day onboarding programme.
- Assist in resolving employee queries and grievances.
- Coordinate disciplinary documentation.
- Participate in factory and kitchen visits to stay connected with frontline employees.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations roles.
- Experience in frontline or volume hiring; chef, kitchen or blue-collar hiring will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of HR documentation, onboarding, exit processes and PF/ESI basics.
- Experience in vendor coordination and employee engagement activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; HRMS experience preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Kannada will be an added advantage.
- A self-driven, organised qualified with strong ownership and execution skills.
