Role : Ali Cloud DevOps/ Developer

Required Technical Skill Set: Ali Cloud + DevOps

Experience Range : 6+ Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

1. 5+ years of IT experience, with strong exposure to Cloud, DevOps and container platforms.
2. 3+ years of hands-on cloud experience, preferably on Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud).
3. Strong experience with ECS, OSS, VPC, SLB/ALB, RAM, ACR, NAS and CloudMonitor.
4. Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, preferably Alibaba Cloud ACK, including deployment, configuration, scaling and troubleshooting.
5. Strong knowledge of Docker, Helm, Kubernetes networking, storage, RBAC and ingress management.
6. Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD or equivalent tools.
7. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Pulumi or equivalent.
8. Valuable scripting and automation skills using Shell/Bash and Python.
9. Experience with monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch or cloud-native tools.
10.



Strong expertise in cloud/Kubernetes architecture, high availability, performance optimisation, security and production troubleshooting. Good-to-Have 1. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written communication, oral communication and listening skills

11. Should come up with the work estimation and should provide inputs to managers on resource and risk planning
12. Ability to coordinate with SMEs , stakeholders, manage timelines, escalation & provide on time status
13. Knowledge on other cloud platforms AWS, GCP etc.
