Role Description The AI Script Writer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with the creative and production teams. In this role, the individual will develop scripts and narrative concepts optimized for user-generated style video content, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to ideate, draft, and refine copy. Daily tasks include translating brand briefs into engaging short-form scripts, adapting messaging for different platforms, and ensuring scripts align with campaign objectives and target audiences.

The AI Script Writer will work with video producers to refine pacing, structure, and dialogue,



provide revisions based on feedback and performance data, and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple clients. The role also involves researching trends in UGC, monitoring competitor content, and contributing creative ideas to improve viewer engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong scriptwriting, scripting, and screenplay skills for short-form and social-first video content for performance marketing niche.
- Candidates should possess practical experience or understanding of video production workflows and collaboration with production teams.
- Candidates should possess solid writing skills, including clear storytelling, concise copy, and audience-focused messaging that performs for the client.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with AI-assisted writing, creative tools and performance metrics, and the ability to adapt scripts based on performance insights.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Creative Writing or a related field are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Pro-active attitude with all projects is a plus.
