We are looking for a hands-on AI Shopify Developer who can develop and integrate AI-powered applications into our Shopify e-commerce platform.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience working with AI models, LLM integrations, APIs, backend development, and Shopify technologies.

You will be responsible for building intelligent e-commerce solutions that improve product discovery, personalize shopping experiences, automate workflows, and make online shopping smarter and more interactive.

We are looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with emerging AI technologies and can turn innovative ideas into functional, production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Development & Integration

- Develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM platforms.
- Build AI agents, intelligent workflows, and tool-calling systems.
- Integrate AI models with real-time business data and external applications.
- Develop intelligent automation and AI-driven customer experiences.
- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

2. Shopify Development

- Integrate AI applications with Shopify stores using Admin API, Storefront API, and webhooks.
- Connect AI systems with product catalogs, inventory, orders, and customer data.
- Develop custom Shopify functionalities and third-party integrations.
- Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, JavaScript, and frontend technologies.

3. AI-Powered E-commerce Solutions

- Develop intelligent product search and discovery systems.
- Build AI-powered product recommendation engines.
- Create personalized shopping experiences.
- Develop intelligent shopping assistants and customer support solutions.
- Explore AI-powered product visualization and interactive shopping features.

4. Backend Development

- Develop backend applications using Python or Node.js.
- Build REST APIs and integrations using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Work with databases, structured data,



and real-time information retrieval.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

5. Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and interactive interfaces using React and JavaScript.
- Integrate AI functionalities into Shopify storefronts.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify Liquid.
- Ensure a smooth user experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
- Understanding of LLM integrations, AI agents, and tool calling.
- Strong programming knowledge in Python or Node.js.
- Practical knowledge of Shopify APIs and e-commerce integrations.
