Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and effective AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI and machine learning workflows.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer Vision.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network design.
- Strong knowledge of image processing techniques and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment pipelines.
- Ability to integrate generative AI models into practical applications.
- Competence in optimizing AI models for production environments.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer Vision.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
