Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based AI services or on-premises application pipelines to deliver solutions that meet production standards. The engineer applies generative artificial intelligence models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may also encompass deep learning techniques, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing tasks.

Collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster skill development and innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions effectively into existing systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI applications, recommending enhancements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud environments and on-premises infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks, and their practical applications.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production-ready solutions.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and image processing techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex AI system issues to maintain operational efficiency.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
