Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models, and exploring various AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with project goals and continuous refinement of AI-driven solutions are key aspects of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience with designing and deploying AI models in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing algorithms.
- Skilled in building scalable and production-ready AI pipelines.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
