As a Senior Consultant to Manager-level AI Tech Lead, you will serve as the technical authority and delivery lead for an offshore development pod building enterprise AI assistants across platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Moveworks, and other low-code solutions, as well as pro-code platforms such as Azure AI Foundry. The role is not limited to AI-specific work: you will also design and deliver broader Power Platform solutions as client needs require. You will own solution architecture, direct a cross-functional offshore team, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders and Deloitte project leadership.

Work you'll do

- Lead the technical design, delivery, and quality of enterprise AI assistants, built across platforms spanning Copilot Studio, Moveworks, and pro-code solutions such as Azure AI Foundry, and the broader Power Platform solutions around them, directing an offshore development pod and serving as the primary technical escalation point for client and Deloitte stakeholders.
- Own end to end Copilot Studio solution architecture: agent topology, knowledge source scoping, connector and authentication design, and Power Platform application lifecycle management across Development and Production environments
- Evaluate and recommend the right AI platform for a given use case, across low-code options (Copilot Studio, Moveworks) and pro-code options (Azure AI Foundry)
- Design, build, and support broader Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) alongside the core AI assistant, as client use cases require
- Direct an offshore development pod spanning Copilot Studio development, Power Platform development, Python/MCP server engineering, DevOps, and quality assurance
- Lead technical design decisions on authentication patterns (delegated on-behalf-of vs.



non-interactive client credentials), connector architecture (Generic OAuth 2.0 vs. Microsoft Entra ID), and reusable base MCP server patterns for capability reuse across systems
- Translate client requirements and use case intake into sprint-ready backlog items, technical designs, and release plans
- Review pull requests, deployment promotions, and release readiness across a Dev-to-Production CI/CD pipeline
- Serve as primary technical escalation point for client-facing architecture reviews and security assessments
- Mentor offshore developers on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and MCP server development patterns
- Produce client-ready technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment runbooks

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- 6+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, including large-scale enterprise systems integration
- Hands-on experience architecting Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, including topics, generative orchestration, and knowledge source configuration
- Working knowledge of multiple AI agent platforms (e.g. Copilot Studio, Moveworks) and pro-code AI development options (e.g. Azure AI Foundry)
- Hands-on experience building solutions across the broader Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), not limited to Copilot Studio
- Experience with Power Platform application lifecycle management (solution environments, connection references, workplace variables, managed solution pipelines)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID authentication patterns, including OAuth 2.0, on-behalf-of (OBO), and client credentials flows
- Experience designing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architectures
- Experience leading distributed or offshore development teams
- Strong client-facing communication and technical advisory skills
