The AI Business Unit at MResult Technologies builds production AI systems for global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies, along with other enterprise clients. Our work spans GenAI applications in regulated environments, data platforms and forecasting, and agentic systems running in production across AWS, Azure and GCP.

We are organized into three pods, each led by an AI Architect: Regulated GenAI, Data and Decisions, and Agentic Systems. Every pod delivers for clients, designs solutions and supports pre-sales.

Location: Bengaluru, India

AI Architect

Experience: 8 to 14 years, including at least 3 years designing and delivering AI, ML or data systems for clients

- Reports to: Principal AI Specialist and AI BU Head
- Leads: a pod of one Lead Engineer, Senior AI Engineers, AI Engineers and trainees

The role You own the technical direction of a pod. You turn ambiguous client problems into solutions that ship, win new work through RFPs and solution proposals, and build a team that delivers without you in every meeting. You stay hands-on enough to review designs and code, and to prototype when a proposal needs proof.

What you will do

- Design end-to-end solutions for client engagements, from data and models to deployment, evaluation and operations.
- Lead RFP responses and proposals: solution outline, team shape, estimates, risks and success measures.
- Act as the senior technical voice with client sponsors, IT, security and business stakeholders.
- Set engineering standards for your pod and review critical designs and code.
- Hire, coach and grow your Lead, Senior Engineers and AI Engineers.
- Build reusable assets (accelerators, reference architectures, evaluation harnesses) that make the next engagement faster.




- Re-plan calmly when client scope, platform or constraints change mid-engagement.

- Pod focus: Data and Decisions

- Lakehouse and warehouse platforms (Databricks, Snowflake or similar), including migrations between them.
- Data modelling, semantic layers and governance that reconcile to business definitions.
- Forecasting, supply chain planning and decision-support agents built on top of the data platform.

Pod focus: Agentic Systems

- Agent platforms and production agents across AWS, Azure and GCP, with cloud-agnostic core design.
- Tool design, permissions, human approval gates, tracing and evaluation for agents.
- IT and operations agents, LLMOps, observability and integration with enterprise systems.

What you bring

- A track record of client-accepted systems in production, and you can explain what broke after go-live and how you fixed it.
- Strong fundamentals beneath the frameworks: retrieval, evaluation, data modelling, distributed processing, cost and latency trade-offs.
- Depth in your pod's focus area (above) and working knowledge of at least one major cloud.
- Experience writing proposals and estimates that held up in delivery.
- Clear, calm communication with both engineers and non-technical sponsors.
- Evidence of growing people: engineers you hired or coached who moved up.

Good to have

- Pharma or life sciences experience, especially in regulated (GxP) environments.
- Experience setting up a team or practice from scratch.
