As we continue our growth journey, we are looking for an experienced AGM – Project Finance to lead strategic funding initiatives and drive financial excellence across our real estate projects.

Your Impact :

As AGM – Project Finance, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team, partnering closely with senior management to drive project funding, capital structuring, financial planning, and lender relationships. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to strategic decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Raising & Capital Management:

- Lead project funding and fund-raising initiatives across ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, Funds, and Financial Institutions.
- Drive debt syndication, term loans, construction finance, refinancing, and structured finance transactions.
- Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structures for projects.

Financial Planning & Strategy:

- Prepare and review detailed project financial models and feasibility studies.
- Develop project cash-flow forecasts and funding plans.




- Conduct investment evaluation, IRR analysis, and sensitivity assessments.
- Support strategic decisions related to acquisitions, investments, and project viability.

Loan & Compliance Management:

- Oversee loan sanction processes, documentation, disbursements, drawdowns, and debt servicing.
- Ensure timely lender reporting, covenant compliance, and MIS submissions.
- Coordinate due diligence exercises with lenders, investors, consultants, and auditors.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate closely with Projects, Sales, CRM, Legal, Liaisoning, and Accounts teams.
- Present financial insights and business recommendations to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with key financial stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

MBA Finance / PGDM Finance / Master's in Finance with 8–12 years of relevant experience in:

- Project Finance
- Corporate Finance
- Lending & Institutional Finance

Strong expertise in

- Financial Modelling
- Project Viability & Feasibility Analysis
- Cash-Flow Management
- Debt Structuring
- Fund Raising & Capital Allocation
- Advanced MS Excel & Financial Analytics

Proven track record of managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, and institutional lenders.

Prior Real Estate Industry experience is strongly preferred.
