CandidateExpectations & Responsibilities:

- Thispivotal role will act as a Subject Matter Expert for our Healthcare verticaland lead all presales and solution pursuits, both reactive and proactive, aslead architect.
- The candidate will lead global Healthcare pursuits and would beresponsible for end-to-end solution strategies and lead all client engagements.
- The candidate will help design go-to market strategy (tailored for specificclient needs as requirements.
- Strong with assessing as-is and re-imagined to beprocesses, assessing ROI (for various transformation interventions) includingfundamentals of contact center operations The candidate should be capable ofleading conversations with senior stakeholders, translating business problemsinto solution constructs, and supporting growth through proactive propositionsand RFP/RFQ responses.

Qualification

- 17+years in BPO Industry with at least 10+ Years in Healthcare delivery and or insolutionsLeadsolution design, approach, strategy across proactive and reactive deals oropportunities for healthcare.
- Bachelor's or master s in business administration Strongunderstanding of healthcare offerings across techno-functional areas in contactcentre workplace, with over7+ years in BPO Industry with at least 10+ Yearsin Healthcare delivery and or in solutions.




- Must have exposure of US Healthcare Payor and Provider sideof business (Payor side experience is must) Preferred professional with Healthcare Industrycertification.
- Hands-onexperience in solutioning, presales, proposals, client presentations, dealshaping, operating model design and business case development.
- Preferredcertifications or formal learning in CX, contact center operations, CRM,service design, Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, cloud, automation, orAI-led customer operations.

The Responsibilities & Duties:

- This pivotal role will act as a Subject matter expert forour Healthcare vertical and lead all presales and solution pursuits (reactiveand proactive) for our Healthcare Vertical as lead Architect.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong domain, technicaland financial acumen and a deep understanding of the Healthcare contact centrelandscape, candidate who has been hands-on and has demonstrated in past suchattributes.
- The candidate will lead global Healthcare pursuits and wouldbe responsible for end-to-end solution strategies and lead all clientengagements.
- The candidate will help design go-to market strategy(tailored for specific client needs as requirements.
- Strong with assessing as-is and re-imagined to be processes,assessing ROI (for various transformation interventions) including fundamentalsof contact centre operations.
