Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of Process Mining solutions using Agilent AI, CELONIS, Generative AI, Signavio tools to drive business process improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process optimization and implement changes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Develop and maintain complex workflows, dashboards, and reports using these technologies to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for data-driven decision making.

- Provide technical guidance on best practices in process mining methodologies and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements :

- 9-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in Process Mining.

- Solid understanding of Agilent AI, CELONIS, Generative AI, Signavio tools and their applications in Business Process Management.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across different functions.
