Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead automation assessments, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-wide intelligent automation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Agentic AI, RPA, and end-to-end automation architecture across enterprise applications.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to enterprise automation architecture.
- Proven experience in automation assessment, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
- Practical experience designing or implementing GenAI/Agentic AI automation use cases.
- Ability to engage with business stakeholders, assess automation opportunities, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication, solution consulting,



and technical leadership capabilities.

Required Technical Skills

- Automation Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or equivalent.
- Agentic AI: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar frameworks.
- GenAI/LLMs: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, RAG, Prompt Engineering and LLM integration.
- IDP: UiPath Document Understanding, ABBYY, Azure AI Document Intelligence or equivalent.
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, web applications, Citrix and desktop automation.
- Programming: Python, .NET/C# or equivalent.
- Architecture: Cloud-native solutions, microservices, enterprise integration and AI orchestration.
