Role Overview The Agency Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service, accuracy, and compliance within the insurance sales domain. Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve agency targets in life insurance.

- Supervise and support agency development managers in their sales efforts, providing guidance to enhance performance.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
