- Position: Aftersales Engineer – CCS & ADAS Domain: Automotive / After Sales

Key Skills: Connected Car Services, ADAS, Vehicle Diagnostics and Technical Support

Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for automotive aftersales activities related to CCS and ADAS.
- Support troubleshooting of connected vehicle features and ADAS functionalities.
- Analyse customer complaints, vehicle issues and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).
- Coordinate with OEMs, dealers and service centres to resolve technical issues.
- Work on connected vehicle technologies, telematics and remote diagnostics.
- Support ADAS systems such as:
- Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)
- Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)
- Lane Departure Warning (LDW)
- Lane Keep Assist (LKA)
- Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM)
- Parking Assist
