Work Responsibilities

- 5-10 years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, ad-tech, or a related B2C sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including display, video, social media, programmatic, search, mobile, and CTV/OTT.




- Experience selling to advertisers, agencies, brands, and media-buying teams.
- Ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting and pitching through negotiation and closing.
- Strong knowledge of advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Ability to create data-driven sales presentations and media proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualification & Experience Details

- 5-10 years of digital media sales experience in the regional space.
- Must have solid industry connections with direct clients and agencies in the assigned regions.
- Must be able to lead & motivate the team to drive results.
- Must possess exceptional Presentation skills.
- Quick at problem-solving & trouble-shooting.
- Spear heading client servicing initiatives in the assigned regions.
- Display ad selling on Maharashtra Times, Navbharat Times & all other language verticals.
