About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Advanced System Administrator to join our Service Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, infrastructure management, cloud administration, and advanced technical support. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can manage complex IT environments, provide high-level support, and ensure seamless infrastructure operations for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for Windows 10/11, applications, and end-user issues.
- Manage and support Windows Server roles including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- DNS
- DHCP
- Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
- File & Print Services
- Support and maintain Azure cloud services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, internet connectivity, and related services.
- Manage backup solutions and disaster recovery processes.
- Work with virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)



and incident trend analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide exceptional customer support to global clients.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 4-5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or Technical Support

✅ Strong hands-on experience with:

- Active Directory Administration
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows Server Management
- Azure Administration
- Windows Troubleshooting
- Application Support

✅ Positive understanding of:
- Networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Switches)
- Backup Technologies
- VMware & Hyper-V
- Incident & Problem Management

✅ Experience supporting clients across US, EMEA, and APAC/Australia regions ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience
