We are seeking a highly driven and student-focused Admissions Officer to join our team at a reputed Fintech Company located in Fort, Mumbai.

The Admissions

Officer will play a crucial role in managing the complete admission journey from qualified lead to enrolment. This position requires a proactive individual who can convert leads into admissions while building strong relationships with students and their parents.

Key Responsibilities include taking ownership of qualified leads and converting them into paid admissions through effective counselling sessions. You will assess student goals, educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and financial considerations to recommend suitable programs. The role also involves explaining course structures, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities clearly and accurately.

You will systematically follow up with prospects until the final admission decision is made and coordinate all necessary documentation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth admission experience. In addition to admissions, you will monitor the lead funnel daily, independently review lead performance, and create strategies for follow-ups.



You will analyze lead sources and conversion performance, coordinating with the marketing team to communicate insights and improve lead quality.

Maintaining accurate CRM records and preparing reports on lead funnel, counselling, conversions, and revenue will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills, along with strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities. You should have a proven track record in managing and motivating a telecalling team, as well as robust CRM discipline and data management skills.

A graduate in any discipline is preferred, and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or a similar B2C sales environment.
