Job Summary The Admissions Manager is responsible for managing the complete student admissions process for the institution. The role involves interacting with prospective students and parents, providing information about courses and admission procedures, handling applications, and ensuring admission targets are achieved. The Admissions Manager also coordinates with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Admissions & Counseling

- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and parents to increase admissions.

Enrollment Management

- Achieve admission and enrollment targets set by the institution.
- Maintain accurate records of applications, admissions, and student data.
- Verify admission documents and ensure all required formalities are completed.
- Coordinate with finance and academic departments during student enrollment.

Student & Parent Relationship

- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.




- Address admission-related queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Organize campus visits, orientation programs, and counseling sessions.

Coordination & Reporting

- Work closely with the marketing team for admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare admission reports, enrollment statistics, and daily/weekly updates.
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and procedures.

Team Management

- Supervise and support admission counselors or front office staff.
- Train team members on admission procedures and student handling.

Qualification & Experience

- Master's degree is management or equivalent degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, education, or sales.
- Experience in schools, colleges, universities, or educational institutions preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
