Join the Kizen Education Team!

Kizen Education is looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor to drive student admissions and promote our ACCA and AI programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding Kizen's ACCA and AI programmes, course structures, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries and convert prospective leads into admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Visit schools and colleges to promote Kizen's academic programmes and generate admission enquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional representatives.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities.
- Maintain lead records and work towards achieving monthly admission targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication, presentation,



and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with school and college visits and field outreach.
- Ability to understand and communicate ACCA and AI programme offerings.
- Prior experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.

Position Details:

- Location: Sector 34, Chandigarh
- Job Type: Full-Time | In office
- Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
