Looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to join our team!

? Location: Sector 11, Panchkula

? Experience: 2–5 Years

? Salary: Negotiable (As per experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Counsel students about academic programmes and courses.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Manage student data, leads and follow-ups through CRM software.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets.

Requirements: ✅ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).

✅ 2–5 years of experience in academic counselling or education sales.

✅ Practical CRM knowledge and working experience (Mandatory).





✅ Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

✅ Ability to handle student queries professionally.

✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach.
