As an Admission Counselor / Program Coordinator, you will independently generate prospective parent and student opportunities, explain Company's programs, maintain structured follow-ups, support enrolments, complete valid onboardings, and keep all assigned work accurately updated in the Company's App

Role requires Prospecting & Outreach: Independently generate parent and student prospects through personal contacts, referrals, social media, local outreach, field activities, and digital channels.

Guide suitable families through the enrolment and onboarding process with regular follow-ups until closure.

- Compliance & Professionalism: Attend required training, review meetings, and performance discussions while strictly maintaining data confidentiality and ethical conduct.
- Platform Reporting: Accurately record daily work,



follow-ups, onboarding statuses, and attendance in the Company's App.
- Requirement :
- 1+ years Sales Experience in Education Sector with strong networking and field-outreach capabilities.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of professional integrity, accountability, and adherence to company reporting standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
