Handle student and parent enquiries.

Conduct one-to-one career and academic counselling.

Understand student's academic profile, goals and timelines.

Explain SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GMAT and GRE pathways.

Explain TutorX programs, methodology and value proposition.

Coordinate diagnostic assessments.

Discuss diagnostic results with students/parents.





Recommend appropriate TutorX programs.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments.

Handle walk-ins and counselling appointments.

Maintain accurate CRM records.

Coordinate with Academic Coordinator and tutors.

Participate in parent seminars, workshops and open-house events.

Support school/ college outreach and student counselling activities.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students.

Support cross-selling of relevant TutorX programs where academically appropriate.

Maintain confidentiality and professional counselling standards.
