Role Overview

We are looking for result-driven Admission Counsellors to guide students and working professionals in selecting suitable online UG, PG, MBA, MCA, and skilled degree programs.

The role focuses on student counselling, lead conversion, admissions sales, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual counselling.
- Understand learners' educational backgrounds, career goals, and program requirements.
- Recommend suitable online degree and professional programs.
- Explain program details, eligibility, university benefits, fees, and EMI options.
- Convert prospective learners into successful paid admissions.
- Maintain timely follow-ups, lead tracking,



and daily CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly admissions, conversion, and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships and ensure a positive learner experience.

- Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in EdTech sales, online degree admissions, education counselling, or B2C inside sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in online MBA, UG/PG degree, or executive education sales preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional languages are an advantage.
- Target-driven mindset with CRM and lead management experience.
