We are seeking a highly driven and student-focused Admission Counsellor to join our team at a leading Fintech company located in Fort, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the complete admission journey, from converting qualified leads into enrollments to managing relationships with students and parents. This role requires a proactive approach to lead management, ensuring a smooth admission process while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert qualified leads into paid admissions through effective counselling sessions that assess student goals, educational backgrounds, and career aspirations.
- Clearly explain course structures, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities to prospective students.
- Handle objections related to fees and course value, ensuring a positive experience for potential students.
- Systematically follow up with prospects until a final admission decision is made.
- Coordinate all aspects of the admission process, including documentation, payment, registration, and onboarding.
- Monitor and manage the lead funnel daily,



identifying gaps and creating strategies for follow-up and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare reports on lead funnel, conversions, and revenue.
- Take ownership of achieving monthly admission and revenue targets, demonstrating accountability and a solid business mindset.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Proven follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a small telecalling team.
