Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can handle student enquiries, understand their career goals, and convert prospective students into enrolled candidates.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, a pleasant personality, and a strong ability to convince and guide students about different career-oriented courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests, and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about various trending courses, technologies, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their interests.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Follow up with interested students regularly through calls and messages.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.
- Stay updated about the institute's courses, industry trends, and new technologies.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of spoken English.




- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about trending courses such as:
- Data Analytics & Data Science
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

- Python Programming

- Java Full Stack Development

- SAP
- Digital Marketing, Video Editing & UI UX
- Other IT and professional courses.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum: Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can apply.
- Experience in admission counselling, education sales, or customer handling will be an added advantage.
