We are hiring Admin Head (AGM Level) reporting to CHRO.

Location: Head Office, Delhi

Reporting To: CHRO

CTC: 25 LPA to 40 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Relocation: Not preferred; Delhi NCR candidates only.

Role Overview

Lead pan-India administration operations across approximately 240 offices, ensuring effective branch administration, employee insurance management, travel coordination, compliance and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee infrastructure and administrative operations across 240 offices nationwide.
- Manage employee travel arrangements, including flights, trains and cab bookings.
- Administer Group Medical, Term Life and Personal Accident insurance policies, including monthly endorsements and claim settlements.
- Ensure 100% branch-level administrative compliance through the KAVCH Portal.
- Drive quarterly action plans for timely completion of administrative requirements across branches.
- Manage vendors, contracts,



administrative budgets and cost optimisation.
- Plan and execute corporate events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure timely submission, maintenance and updation of administrative documentation and records.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Administration, Operations or Management.
- 1520 years of experience in corporate administration.
- Experience managing multi-location administration across 100+ offices/branches preferred.
- Strong exposure to employee insurance, travel management, vendor management and administrative compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and team leadership skills.
