We're looking for a detail-oriented person to join our quality team and support our IQAC and accreditation work, from AQAR and data collection to NAAC / NBA preparation. You'll work closely with senior leadership and department heads, and learn the full accreditation cycle hands-on.
What you'll do
- Support IQAC activities: schedule meetings, record minutes, and track action points
- Assist in preparing NAAC / NBA / NIRF documentation, including SSR, AQAR and metric-wise evidence
- Maintain organised records and files for audits and inspections
- Collect data from departments, check it for accuracy, and follow up on deadlines
- Assist in internal academic audits and prepare reports
- Keep track of UGC, university and regulatory compliance requirements
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership
What we're looking for
Must have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a college or university
- Exposure to IQAC, accreditation, quality assurance or academic documentation
- Good documentation, data handling and follow-up skills
- Valuable written English and comfort with MS Word / Excel
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
Good to have
- Experience assisting with an AQAR, SSR, NBA SAR or NIRF submission
- Familiarity with NAAC criteria and metrics
- Experience with ERP or data management tools
