Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist About the Position The Accounts Receivable Specialist is a vital role within the finance department, responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process. This position ensures that collections are handled efficiently and that customer accounts are accurately maintained. Accountabilities - Manage outstanding accounts receivable through effective collection efforts, including outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.

- Conduct business-to-business (B2B) voice collections in a professional manner to enhance client relationships.
- Oversee the order-to-cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely invoicing and resolution of payment discrepancies.
- Handle international collections by understanding diverse market practices and legal requirements related to credit management.
- Utilize dispute management techniques to resolve customer disputes while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify high-risk accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.




- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records and assist in financial reporting as needed.

Skills and Experience Required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles, with a focus on collections.

- Proficiency in OTC collections, AR collections, and B2B voice collections.
- Knowledge of international collections processes is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on qualified phone etiquette for outbound calls.
- Experience in payment follow-ups and dispute management, demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with AR aging analysis and credit management best practices.
- Detail-oriented approach with a proven track record in account reconciliation tasks.

Location: Bangalore Salary: 1.0 to 5.0 lakh per annum
