About the Role

FINCORE BRIDGE LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Taxation Associate to join its team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting activities, account reconciliations, taxation-related assignments, financial reporting, client coordination and compliance requirements.

This role offers an opportunity to develop practical expertise in accounting, taxation and financial processes while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and perform day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic financial reports.
- Support taxation-related assignments, including tax computations, return preparation and compliance activities.
- Assist with GST-related work, reconciliations and other statutory compliance requirements, as applicable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review financial data and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with clients for information gathering, follow-ups, documentation and resolution of queries to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




- Coordinate with team members and support other accounting and finance-related activities as required.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree / Master's degree, or an equivalent qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally or similar applications will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
- Willingness to learn current processes and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Experience

Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
