Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and revenue reconciliation for e-commerce/D2C operations.

- Reconcile payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and marketplace settlements (Amazon, Flipkart).

- Handle COD collections, refunds, returns and chargeback disputes.

- Reconcile sales data across Shopify, ERP systems and bank transactions.

- Monitor DSO, collections and cash flow dashboards.

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition, GST compliance and financial reporting.

- Support month-end closing and statutory/internal audits.

- Lead and mentor junior AR analysts and billing teams.

- Drive automation of reconciliation processes and improve financial controls.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

- 67+ years of AR/revenue tracking experience in E-commerce, D2C, Retail or FMCG.

- 12 years of team supervision experience.
