About Our Client The organisation operates in the Transport & Distribution industry in Mumbai, with a focus on Shipping Freight.

- Lead accounts payable activities and keep invoice processing on track.

- Guide the AP team on daily payment and invoice queries.

- Review supplier invoices for accuracy before processing.

- Track pending invoices and follow up to avoid payment delays.

- Work with internal teams to resolve invoice-related issues.

- Maintain transparent AP records for shipping and logistics transactions.

- Help improve accounts payable processes for smoother operations.

The Successful Applicant

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- Experience in accounts payable and AP processing.





- Experience leading an AP team or guiding team members.

- Knowledge of invoice processing and supplier payments.

- Experience in the Shipping Freight domain.

- Understanding of logistics-related transactions.

- Confidence handling payment queries and invoice issues.
