We’re hiring in Gurugram for a finance role that works directly with our team in Australia.

Role: Accounts Payable Officer

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (in office)

We’re a privately owned Australian group with businesses spanning fintech, blockchain and technology products for institutions. In this role, you’ll manage accounts payable across the Group, from preparing purchase orders to reconciling payments. You’ll work from our Gurugram office and collaborate daily with our Australian finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare purchase orders requested by executives and review, code and process supplier invoices in Oracle NetSuite.
- Reconcile supplier statements against invoices, send remittance advice and work with suppliers to resolve payment queries.
- Maintain the payment calendar and prepare lists of payments due for the CFO’s review.




- Generate ABA payment files in NetSuite and upload them to banking platforms for authorised signatories to approve. Handle BPAY payments, international payments and bank transfers in line with the Group’s expenditure and approval policies.
- Download bank statements daily, match payments to bills in NetSuite and prepare bank reconciliations.

What We’re Looking For

You have hands-on accounts payable experience in an ERP system and understand the full purchasing and payment cycle. You keep accurate records, manage competing deadlines and work well with suppliers, executives and finance colleagues. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
