We’re hiring an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Position: Accounts Payable Executive

Location: Ambli Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Work Mode: Work From Office

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US Accounts Payable operations.
- Process vendor invoices and perform 3-way matching.
- Manage ACH, wire transfers, electronic payments & checks.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and monitor AP ageing.
- Handle W-9/W-8 documentation and payment discrepancies.




- Support month-end closing and audit activities.
- Coordinate with US-based vendors and internal teams.

What We're Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Hands-on experience in US Accounts Payable is preferred.
- Knowledge of US accounting practices and tax documentation.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar ERP systems.
- Good communication and MS Excel skills.
