URGENT HIRING -Accounts Payable Executive

Work Location: Faridabad

Preferred Loaction - Faridabad/South Delhi

Experience: 2-5 Years

Salary: Rs. 35,000 -60,000 per month (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA)

Candidates with regular graduation from Delhi University will be preferred.

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities

- Review payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices and statements.
- Scrutinize accounts and ensure proper control checks during invoice processing and reporting.
- Assist in Balance Sheet preparation and review.
- Review statutory compliances, including GST,



TDS and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure purchase and expense bills are properly approved and recorded on time.
- Review vendor bills and coordinate vendor payments.
- Handle opening of Letters of Credit (LC) and review payments under them.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA / CA.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Finance & Accounts / Accounts Payable.
- Valuable knowledge of accounting, invoice processing and vendor payments.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS and statutory compliances.
- Candidates with regular graduation from Delhi University will be preferred.
