Key Responsibilities Accounts Executive (Logistics & Distribution)

Experience: 2-3 years

1. Logistics Accounting

- Process logistics invoices and e-invoices.
- Prepare and maintain monthly Credit Note (CN) and E-Invoice trackers.
- Pass TDS entries and map them against respective invoices.
- Reconcile TDS receivables.
- Prepare unbilled revenue workings.
- Perform logistics customer reconciliations.

1. Distribution Accounting

- Coordinate with the MIS team to obtain monthly sales data on time.
- Record sales, sales returns, claims, and service transactions.
- Share sales data and GST confirmations with the GST team for return filing.
- Perform GST reconciliation between books and GST returns.
- Reconcile MIS reports with books of accounts and TYA workings.
- Reconcile GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and books of accounts.
- Handle distribution mapping.
- Account for credit card transactions.
- Pass knock-off entries in the books of accounts.
- Reconcile GST payable balances with GST liabilities.
