Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP, GST, and TDS. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting operations, payroll, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare payment and receipt vouchers.

Prepare and process sales invoices.

Maintain purchase, sales, and general ledgers.

Handle daily bookkeeping and accounting entries using Tally ERP.

Manage GST and TDS-related accounting activities.

Process payroll and assist with Form 16 preparation and issuance.

Prepare cash-flow statements and MIS reports.

Coordinate with banks and maintain bank statements.

Handle customer and vendor account reconciliations.

Follow up on outstanding payments and balances.





Assist with account finalization and audit documentation.

Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth financial operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5+ years of relevant experience in Accounts/Finance.

Strong hands-on experience in Tally ERP.

Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.

Good understanding of accounting entries, ledgers, vouchers, and invoicing.

Experience in customer and vendor reconciliation.

Knowledge of payroll processing and Form 16.

Experience in MIS reporting and cash-flow planning.

Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
