NIMS University, a leading multidisciplinary university in Rajasthan, is inviting applications from skilled and detail-oriented professionals for the position of Accounts Executive.
We are looking for a professional with a sound understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, statutory compliance, and day-to-day accounts operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and voucher verification.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and outstanding reconciliations.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and periodic financial summaries.
- Manage invoice processing, billing, payment entries, and expense verification.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and account-related requirements.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary records and information.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / Advance Excel / Accounting Software.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general accounting practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proposed Salary: INR 40,000/- per month.
