Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable.

- Maintain general ledger, bank reconciliations, and financial records.

- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.

- Handle GST calculations, returns, and compliance.

- Manage TDS deductions, challan payments, and return filings.

- Handle PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax calculations, challan generation, payments, and returns.

- Manage payroll-related statutory deductions and compliance.

- Support internal and external audits and ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel, including formulas and Pivot Tables.

- Knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently manage accounting and statutory compliances.
