Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of SAP/ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Excel. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and assisting with billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions, including receipts, payments, journal entries, and expense entries.

Assist in preparing customer invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.

Maintain customer and vendor accounts and update accounting records in SAP/ERP software.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation under supervision.

Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and supporting documents.

Assist in GST-related documentation, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance activities.

Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.

Coordinate with internal departments for invoice verification, payment processing,



and documentation.

Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.

Follow company accounting policies and internal control procedures.

Educational Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.

Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP accounting modules.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, including basic formulas and data entry.

Understanding of debit, credit, journal entries, and ledger accounts.

Positive numerical and analytical skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to accounting systems and processes.

Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile A motivated fresher seeking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Candidates with SAP/ERP training or certification will be preferred.

Candidates with internship or practical accounting experience may have an advantage.
