Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of digital marketing and web development projects. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, and translating requirements into explicit briefs for internal teams.

The Account

Manager will coordinate campaigns, track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines, addressing client queries, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and supporting upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement in client service processes.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
- Project coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media, performance marketing, content marketing) and web development fundamentals.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in technology, design, sales, and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or marketing services environment is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and engaging directly with clients and internal stakeholders.
