SVD PineChem Pvt. Ltd. Is a leading player in the Pine Chemicals industry with operations pan India and has been in continuous operation since 1984 with its head quarters in Mumbai. The Company is looking for a Accounts Candidate (Assistant Manager / Manager Accounts) who will fulfil the following role.

Reporting to: Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

Taxation

(1) Tax Compliance: Ensure Adherence to all GST laws & TDS regulations & timely and accurate submission of tax returns, including income tax, GST, TDS and other statutory filings.

(2) Tax Planning: Provide tax planning advice to management, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities.

(3) Tax Audits: Coordinate with tax authorities during audits, ensuring compliance and resolving any tax disputes.

Finalisation

(4) Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

(5) Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with accounting standards

(6) Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports,



including management accounts and board reports.

Banking

(1) Bank Reconciliation: Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations.

(2) Cash Management: Manage cash flows, including forecasting, funding, and investing.

(3) Bank Relationships: Maintain relationships with banks, ensuring access to credit facilities and other banking services.

(4) Fund Raising

Additional Responsibilities

(1) Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Skills & Qualifications:

(1) Education: Bachelor’s degree, M.com or Inter CA

(2) Experience: 13–15 years of experience into Accounts

(3) Communication: Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

(4) Taxation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of taxation laws and regulations.

(5) Financial Analysis: Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
