About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Account Management professionals who are passionate about building solid customer relationships, driving account growth, and maximizing customer retention.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise accounts, with a strong understanding of renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and revenue ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of SMB and mid-market customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive renewals, customer retention, and long-term account growth.
- Identify and convert upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Own revenue targets and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and retention metrics.




- Proactively identify customer challenges and implement strategies to improve engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
- Experience handling SMB, Mid-Market, or Enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Experience managing revenue targets and account growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales and retention targets.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period.
- Candidates with stable career progression and relevant account management experience.
