Senior Executive - Account Management (Government Clients)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Executive - Account Management to manage Government Communication mandates. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Government Ministries and PSUs, and be skilled at managing client relationships, stakeholder engagement, and integrated campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for Government Clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
- Support account growth and new business opportunities.

Campaign Management

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of communication and outreach.
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Content, Media, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously.

Strategic Support

- Assist in developing presentations, reports, and campaign recommendations.
- Support pitches, proposals, and strategic planning initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Government Communications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

Experience & Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management for Government and PSU social media accounts
- Agency experience preferred.




- Strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
- Passionate about governance, public affairs, and strategic communications.
- Proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a energetic environment.
