About Role

We are seeking an Account Executive for the US market, ideally someone with experience in the HR tech industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This role involves managing a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue growth, and identifying new business opportunities in the US.

What you'll do

- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the US market
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling,



and renewals
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities to expand our market presence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies

What you'll bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of overall sales experience selling to the US market, with at least 2 years in HR tech
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Working knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
